Lakeside Plaza

The Lakeside Plaza Condominium Association is a community comprised of two, three story buildings located at 2955 Lakeside Drive and 1000 Beck Street blocks away from the Virginia Lake Park in Reno, NV.  The Community is equipped with a Community Clubhouse, laundry facility, and a seasonal pool for residential use.  There are a total of 191 Units in the community which was developed by DiLoreto Construction in 1979.

Each Unit at Lakeside Plaza has a designated parking space for private use.  There is a Maximum of two household pets per unit with maximum weight of 20 lbs.

The Board of Directors meets six times per year, (every other month) to conduct the business of the Association.

The Monthly Assessment ranges by square foot.  The monthly assessment covers the boiler systems, the roof, the driveways, the cement walks, common area lighting, the elevators, the clubhouse, the pool maintenance, trash service, common area janitorial service, landscape service and tree maintenance, building commona area painting, common area windows and doors, and the security camera system.

The Buy In Fee is $150.00 payable to Lakeside Plaza Condominium Association and the Management Account Set Up Fee is $250.00 payable Kenyon & Associates, Inc.
