Yorkshire Manor No. 2

     Where Rock Blvd intersects York Way, directly across from Alice Maxwell Elementary.  Community of twenty-seven (27) quadplexes on Oppio Street and Chester Square that make up the Yorkshire Manor No. 2 Association.  Each quadplex is comprised of four individual three or two bedroom units with a two car garage in Sparks, Nevada 89431.  The Community features an expansive lush park at the south corner of Rock Blvd and Vance Way, mature landscaping throughout and a seasonal pool.  

      On site maintenance staff, driveways, cement walkways, building exterior painting and siding, roofs,  seasonal pool, park upkeep, visitor parking area paving, signage, perimeter community fencing, tree pruning, and common area lighting.

     For 2016 there is a Special Reserve Assessment in place of $150.00 annually to fund the Reserve Fund. 

     The monthly assessments do NOT cover, plumbing within units, electrical components within units, sewer, trash, electricity, gas, cable, telephone or property taxes.

     Pool Keys are available to owners for $20.00 and may be purchased at the Management Office.  Tenants must have authorization from the homeowner or property manager and provide proof of residency to be allowed to buy a pool key.

     The Buy In Fee is $250.00 payable to Yorkshire Manor No. 2 and the New Account Set Up Fee is $250.00 payable to Kenyon & Associates, Inc. for each resale within the community.

     Any Exterior Modification within the Community is subject to Architectural Committee Review. 

    The Board of Directors is comprised of nine (9) homeowners who meet six (6) times per year to conduct the business of the Association.  There is currently one seats vacant on the Board.
