Since our creation over three decades ago, our objective has always been to assemble the finest managerial and supervisory staff available. We then provide them with the technical skills necessary to deal with any situation which may arise involving community associations.

We understand that members of the Board of Directors have jobs and lives outside of their Associations. We are here to minimize hassles and improve communication and efficiency. We immediately respond to phone calls, emergencies and homeowner concerns. We are committed to the management of each community’s business in an ethical and responsible manner. Our management company’s goal is to maintain the high standards beneficial to the community as set forth in their specific governing documents. We manage crucial components to ensure communities maintain regulatory compliance. 

What makes Kenyon and Associates unique in association management are we offer the best of both worlds. We are large enough to have the expertise and specialized knowledge in technical areas but small enough to provide our clients a personal touch. Our community managers represent a limited number of accounts, allowing them to provide more personal attention when inspecting communities, meeting with vendors and handling action items and recommendation lists for the board. We pride ourselves on our personal attention and accessibility.
