ANITRA ROAD MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION
The Anitra Road Maintenance Association was formed in 1995 and consists of twenty (20) Assessment paving lots that are along the private gated Anitra Drive in Reno, NV 89511.
The primary purpose of the Association is to manage, repair and maintain Anitra Drive and the Electronic Gate at the intersection of Anitra Drive and MacFarlane Drive, and any other obligations regarding landscaping or maintaining areas that are the responsibility of the Association, and purchase of insurance for the private road and gates as required.
The Board of Directors is comprised of five (5) lot owners:
President - Jay Jilot
Vice President - Stuart Feigin
Secretary - Lamise Carano
Treasurer - Susan Baker
Director - Tom Hart
The Account Set Up Fee is $250.00 payable to Kenyon & Associates, Inc for each lot resale.
