The Monthly Assessment ranges by square foot. The monthly assessment covers the boiler systems, the roof, the driveways, the cement walks, common area lighting, the elevators, the clubhouse, the pool maintenance, trash service, common area janitorial service, landscape service and tree maintenance, building common area painting, common area windows and doors, and the security camera system.

The Buy In Fee is $150.00 payable to Lakeside Plaza Condominium Association and the Management New Account Set Up Fee is $250.00 payable to Kenyon & Associates, Inc. which are due at the time of change of ownership.
