SIERRA VISTA VILLAS UNIT 2 ASSOCIATION
Sierra Vista Villas is located on Balboa Drive and Rosalinda Drive in Reno, Nevada 89503. The Association was organized in June of 1987 and includes 46 townhomes on private streets.
The current monthly assessment is $309.00 per month which covers the cost of maintenance of the common area lighting, roofs, siding, exterior painting, snow removal, landscaping, irrigation, tree maintenance, concrete walks, driveways, and signage.
The monthly assessments do not include utilities, trash removal or property taxes.
